Governance
My research examines the dynamics between urban planning, property development, and their impact on social value creation. Using a multi-level analysis, I explore (social) sustainability policies, ESG market trends, actor relations, and organizational strategies. By studying property development cases in Amsterdam, I aim to understand how institutional complexity and actor relations shape development processes, and how planners can foster social value creation within the fragmented landscape of urban governance.
RESEARCH FOCUS
Social value, property development, urban planning
