PhD Researcher

I work for the municipality of Amsterdam as a senior urban planner and as a part-time PhD candidate at UvA. My research is focused on the motivational logics of planning practice and power dynamics in the governance of planning. In my research I explicitly bring an insider-outsider perspective through the method of organizational (auto-)ethnography.
